As the Analyst, Office of the CEO, you will conduct research and provide high-quality, concise, timely and accurate research briefings to aid in the growth and steering of the organization. We’re looking for someone who leaves no stone unturned with a strong eye for detail and the endurance to consistently uncover impactful insights. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Create timely and accurate research briefings on various topics of interest for the CEO
  • Investigate industry trends, impactful news events and professional publications for meaningful insights
  • Integrate information from multiple sources to develop actionable intelligence and recommendations in support of organizational growth
  • Continuously improve research and analytical capability by discovering new outlets and channels for business intelligence
  • Accompany CEO on business trips as needed
  • Take notes on calls and meetings, ensuring all appropriate information is documented

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of experience conducting research and analysis in a corporate environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
