As the Manager, Premium Service you will create and lead a team designed to support customers transporting materials to and from Trade Shows or other events. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to stand up this premium service.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Establish and continuously improve processes for supporting XPO Premium Services including trade show desk support.
  • Collaborate with Premium Services sales team, Operations leadership, and other functional teams to ensure open communication and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage team resources; to include staff hiring, retention, training, motivating, and performance management to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Implement quality assurance, productivity, and customer-service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to gain operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and monitor KPI’s to report key performance measurements.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • 3+ years of previous leadership experience

It’d be great if you also have:

  • 3 or more years of Trade Show logistics experience
  • Availability for regular travel (up to 50%)
