Senior IT Auditor

On a dynamic and constantly evolving environment and as part of a job creation, you will intervene as IT Senior Auditor on European scope.

Member of the Internal Audit team and under the supervision of the IT Audit Manager Europe, your mission will be to evaluate the level of internal control applied on IT Operations, Infrastructure, Projects and related processes at Group Level, this in order to assess its design, operating effectiveness and efficiency.

You will also be involved on the internal initiatives aiming at improving the quality and efficiency of the Internal Audit function at XPO.


  • Participate to the implementation of the Internal Audit plan through the planning & prioritization of the audit projects, while complying to the Group’s standards and requirements
  • Carry out internal Audit Projects with a high level of autonomy, document issues & recommendations including the overall impact of the identified risks or weaknesses: data gathering & analysis, meetings organization, controls’ testing, issues and recommendations identification, stakeholder debriefing
  • Assess the internal control effectiveness as well as the efficiency of the operational processes in order to submit pragmatic solutions for each identified issue
  • Actively collaborate to the design and the implementation of joint approaches with other internal audit teams, operations and Management in order to achieve the department’s objectives
  • Actively collaborate to the improvement of methods and to the quality of the Internal Audit Department, especially on innovation-related topics (new audit techniques)
  • Liaise with the external auditors when necessary


  • 3-5 years’ experience on IT auditing, including the following skills:
    • General IT Controls (GITCs) testing
    • IT implementation reviews
    • Computer-Aided Analysis techniques
  • Very good knowledge of SOX regulation as well as COSO and / or COBIT frameworks
  • Very good understanding of applicative domain, infrastructure, network, IT processes, related risks and controls
  • Ability to work autonomously, in team and with every level of stakeholder
  • Excellent oral and written communication, both in French and English (mandatory)
  • Any additional certification (CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.) considered as an asset
  • Frequent travels to our Europe sites are required for the position.
