HR Data Analyst

At our ASOS site in Barnsley, we are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join us in a busy 24/7 e-commerce operation. You will be working alongside the HR team, taking ownership for all HR reporting and analysis to extrapolate trends and identify opportunities to support the business goals.

 

You’ll be working Mon-Fri, 8:30 – 17:00, on a full-time, permanent basis.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Production and distribution of all HR reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Analysis of people driven data, using this to help the HR team to resolve various HR related issues
  • Providing support for the Payroll Team to produce trend analysis and dashboard data on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Create and deliver specialised presentations and training on HR related topics across the site

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Experience in a HR role would be ideal, but not a deal breaker!
  • Passion for the analysis and interpretation of people data
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • IT Literate, with a strong knowledge and confidence in all Office applications, particularly Excel
