Team Leader

At GXO, we are recruiting for a Stock Team Leader to join us at our site it Foston (DE65 5BY), Derbyshire. You will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday on a permanent 14:00 – 22:00 shift.

 

Pay, benefits and more:

 

We’re looking to offer a salary of £22,339.20 per annum plus you will be eligible for a 25% shift pay on top for being on the afternoon shift. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Manage, develop and support the Stock and Admin team on site to ensure stock integrity
  • Investigate all discrepancies and maintain controls for returned and damaged stock and follow through all errors with training for the team
  • Responsible for managing stock checks in line with customers and HMRC instructions
  • Manage the POD and claims teams to ensure all relevant paperwork is requested, also that claims are put through in the correct timeframe

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • You must have worked with a Stock related role within a logistics environment
  • It would be beneficial if you have had experience with SAP LES, GTS and Duty Manager systems
  • It would be great if you could be flexible with working hours when needed to help with demands from site and time of year
  • You will be able to work within a fast-paced environment and be able to work to tight and strict deadlines
