HR Administrator

We have been successfully awarded a new contract with the large blue-chip online retailer, ASOS, and will be opening a new purpose built fulfilment centre in Lichfield. The site will be over 400,000 sq ft and we are looking for 2 full time permanent HR Administrators to provide timely, effective, and comprehensive administrative support to line managers in all aspects of Human Resources.


Pay, benefits and more:


We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Compiling employee contracts set up employee files for new starters, ensuring personnel files are accurate, audited and up to date.
  • Support with the site’s recruitment and maintain the recruitment trackers with vacancies, applications etc
  • Manage general administration within the HR department i.e. leavers paperwork, ER invite and outcome letters, updating HR trackers etc
  • Maintain the T&A system, inputting the relevant codes for holidays, absence etc


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Experience working in an HR environment, in a people-focused role
  • Excellent communicator, as you will be working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Good use of Microsoft Office and experience working with HR databases
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability prioritise workload effectively
