Analyst, Contingent Workforce Programs

Fieldglass – an SAP product - is our Vendor Management System and used by the Supply Chain BU to procure and manage contingent labor/temp labor end-to-end. Requisitions are created in Fieldglass, wherein candidates are then submitted by suppliers, hiring occurs and work orders are created. Once assignments are confirmed, candidate profile and data flows from Fieldglass to downstream systems (SuccessFactors à Kronos). As well, the team is responsible for ensuring time is processed from Kronos to Fieldglass and invoicing to our temp labor suppliers is completed each week. 

 

What you’ll do on a typical day: 

  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow case resolution within performance and processing standards 

  • Support and fulfill program audit and compliance processes as required by reviewing contingent worker data and transactions. 

  • Monitor Worker Download integration from Fieldglass à SuccessFactors and resolve any worker download failures via error resolution within Fieldglass. 

  • Create and manage contingent worker profiles and data 

  • Receive, execute, and review requests including creating/editing contingent worker assignments, entering new contingent worker hires, mass uploads, changing contingent worker reporting relationships, adjusting rates, etc. 

  • Assist Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and recruiting with managing contingent worker data, and guiding them through the process and tool 

  • In Fieldglass complete rate changes, processing contract extensions, processing releases/terminations and updating other data as requested. 

  • Collaborate with Workforce Analytics & Finance to understand and maintain accurate coding in Fieldglass including profit cost centers, departments, location codes, work centers, etc. 

  • Accurate and on time completion of reports and audits on a daily, weekly, monthly basis 

  • Participate in system testing, and identifying system and user-interface issues 

  • Ideal candidate possesses knowledge of Vendor Management System (Contingent Workforce management), Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, data review and manipulation of large volume data) 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO: 

At a minimum, you’ll need: 

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in US Staffing of any relevant industry 

  • VMS Systems Experience for e.g Fieldglass, Beeline, Salesforce, Tapfin - Econometrix, PrO Unlimited – Wand 

  • HRIS/HRMS systems: Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, Optimum HRIS, Taleo, Peoplesoft
