Analyst, Workforce Analytics

As an HR Reporting Analyst, you will interact with business stakeholders to assess the requirements, provide reports and meaningful metrics. What you’ll do on a typical day: 

  • Work with clients to understand business issues and meet the reporting needs 
  • Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports in SuccessFactors to help the business with data and insights 
  • Maintain the library of scheduled reports, adding/deleting/editing items as necessary  
  • Build and maintain the PowerBI and/or Tableau reports, using data warehouse tables or cubes 
  • Create and analyze audit reports to ensure HR data is accurate and up-to-date 
  • Continuously research, analyze and modify the existing reports to improve process efficiency 

What you need to succeed at GXO: 

At a minimum, you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field 
  • 3 years of applicable analysis and/or reporting experience for Human Resources or related field 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Solid consulting skills, including the proven ability to build strong working relationships across internal teams 

It’d be great if you also have: 

  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors, Kronos, Cornerstone, PowerBI and Tableau  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Visio 
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex data, analysis and insights in a clear, executive-ready and actionable way
