Here at GXO, we’re looking for HR Systems Business Analyst to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our head office in Northampton with the opportunity for some flexible working. As a key part of our ongoing T&A project, you’ll tie together a lot of the analysis activity and ensure that communication lines stay open between all workstreams.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Understand the scope of new implementations and SAP upgrades and report these to business owners

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Business Systems Analyst, handling big data and liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders – experience with an HR, T&A or payroll system would be a definite advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from both an operational and technical perspective
  • The ability to review and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • An understanding of IT landscapes, firewalls and service accounts
