We have electrifying news; we’ve won a new contract with Dixons Carphone Group. We know this new contract holds the ‘keys’ to happiness, in ‘fax’ we are sure! There really is no ‘phoney’ business with this role, and we will make sure you are given enough ‘screen’ time to show off your success.

 

We’re on the lookout for Recruiter to join us at our new site in Newark on full time, permanent basis. You will take charge of all levels of recruitment from warehouse operatives to senior management roles, as a dedicated recruiter for our Dixons Carphone contract.

 

Pay, benefits and more:

 

We’re looking to offer a salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Day-to-day, you will take full ownership of a selection of high-volume operational roles. You will take briefs, write adverts and look to secure fantastic talent for our business – we’re not looking to fill a role for the sake of filling it
  • A large part of your role will be to manage the stakeholders for your vacancies, setting expectations and offering an excellent recruitment service – training will be given to turn you from a good recruiter to an excellent recruiter, sound good?
  • You’ll be a dab hand on the job boards when your adverts aren’t pulling in the talent you require. You’ll actively seek out those candidates that will add value to our business
  • You will support other areas of our team when volumes fluctuate. We need a team player that wants the team to do well as a collective – when we do great things for our business it’s a reflection of us all

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Previous recruitment experience across various sectors is preferred – we’d still like to hear from those that have only recruited in one sector if you believe you’re good at what you do
  • You’ll need to have good exposure to working with job boards and writing adverts as mentioned above, you’ll be responsible for your own roles and will be given full autonomy
  • For us, attitude is the biggest thing we’re looking for. If you have a relatively good skill level and are a quick learner, we will absolutely consider you
