Customer Service Advisor

Logistics done differently.

 

Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Trafford Park. These are full-time, permanent roles working an any 5 from 7 shift, between 07:00 and 19:00, therefore flexibility is essential.

 

You’ll provide our customers with an efficient service by working to resolve any queries they might have. You’ll complete all administrative tasks, answer customer queries, and ensure all enquiries are resolved within agreed timeframes.

 

Pay, benefits and more:

 

We’re looking to offer a salary of £21,500 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Answer customer queries with accuracy and in a timely manner over the phone and via email
  • Liaise closely with the operations teams to fulfil customer requests
  • Process orders where required, ensuring high level of attention to detail is maintained
  • Ensure full audit compliance to CMI guidelines within Customer Service function

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Previous experience working within a customer service team
  • Good working knowledge of systems e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, QMS
  • Ability and willingness to challenge positively and develop solutions
  • Confident and highly motivated with excellent team work ethic
