Senior Manager, International Compensation and Analytics

At XPO Logistics, The Senior Manager, International Compensation and Analytics will serve as the compensation lead for Asia Pacific and Latin America and will also be responsible for developing global compensation dashboards analyzing internal compensation trends, gaps and hot spots. This position will play a key role in implanting the global job architecture compensation administration guidelines, managing annual compensation processes, supporting the annual survey participation process and maintaining and updating salary ranges across all Asia Pacific and Latin America. 


What you’ll do on a typical day:  

  • Manage compensation administration for all APAC and LATAM countries across all business units and provide strategy and thought leadership relating to all compensation matters to all HR business partners and business leadership teams
  • Develop and produce compensation dashboards analyzing internal compensation trends, gaps and hot spots on a monthly basis and partner with HR Reporting to create turn-key reports for all business units and functions
  • Implement compensation governance protocols and ensure process compliance based on the global compensation administration guidelines
  • Provide compensation support to local HRBPs and balance local customs with global policies
  • Support the market survey participation process and provide expert input on geozone creation and maintenance related to salary structures
  • Review all compensation changes across Corporate and Supply Chain functions submitted by HRBPs and provide final recommendations based on market data, internal equity, compensation change history and other relevant datapoints
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures and provide insights and recommendations to improve compensation programs
  • Support the annual survey participation process to ensure timely submission across APAC and LATAM regions and manage local survey vendor relationships
  • Support annual review of international salary ranges, geo zones and established compensation guidelines and recommend updates based on market data changes, emerging best practices and internal analysis/feedback
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide support to the global compensation team as needed 


It’d be great if you have:

  • Minimum 12 + years of experience in compensation domain
  • Post Graduate along with certification in compensation and benefits will be preferred
  • Excellent with data representation and dashboard preparation
  • Excellent MS Office skills
