·       Communicating regularly and appropriately with the customer representatives and 3rd party contractors

·       Ensure all customer service issues are actioned in a timely and professional manner

·       Organizing and managing teams, evaluating performance and assuring succession planning

·       Ensure all individuals have the right skills to do their jobs effectively and where skills gaps are identified ensure training is organized to meet operational standards

·       Ensure operational plans including labor are developed and implemented to ensure the achievement of business objectives

·       Define, compile and analyze agreed KPI’s information to ensure optimal efficiency and performance

·       Review and monitor internal processes both operational and people related to ensure optimum efficiencies

·       Monitor financial performance, identify costs saving initiatives and implement corrective actions where appropriate to maximize the efficiency of the site. 

·       Driving Behavioral Safety towards a zero accident environment.


·       7-8 years of relevant professional experience, including a senior logistics position as a site or operations manager

·       Logistics industry knowledge with strong people management acumen

·       Understanding of the all operational processes in the logistics warehouse

·       Good working knowledge of applicable legislation (contract with customer, labor law)

·       Proficiency with computer software including ERP, MS Office applications

·       Capability to organize and lead big teams through the strategy & plans communication to assure objectives delivery

·       Impactful communication & cross- departmental cooperation characterized by listening and dialogue

·       Pro-active approach, continuous improvement philosophy lead

·       Advanced Polish and English language skills
