Transport Administrator - Various Shifts

XPO Logistics are looking for Transport Clerks to join our Co-op site in Andover on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team on an extremely important contract.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of £19,761.51 for the days' role, which is 6am-6pm on a 4 on 4 off basis. We're offering £23,248.90 for the permanent nights' position, which is 6pm-6am on a 4 on 4 off basis. In addition, we offer 23 days holiday, as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Work in a team to support your colleagues in a busy transport environment
• Accurately provide a range of administrative and clerical duties in a timely manner
• Communicate with drivers on a day to day basis, including reports, debriefs, unconfirmed orders
• Any other duties as necessary for your role

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Experience working in a transport office and a working knowledge of route planning
• Good organisation skills
• Strong Customer Service, IT and communications skills
