We have an exciting opportunity for a WMS Application Specialist at our Adidas site in Marston Gate, Bedford on a full-time permanent basis. You will be the go-to person for all aspects of system configuration and the design and development of WMS reports, whilst supporting the continuous improvement projects to drive efficiencies throughout the operation.

What you’ll do on a typical day: 

 

  • Manage the site UAT team to ensure that all software changes on site meet requirements
  • Deliver solutions and manage the configuration of systems carried out by your team of Application Specialists
  • Manage the creation and execution of test scrips based on the scope and requirements of system releases
  • Create periodic and ad-hoc reports, escalating any issues when key thresholds are exceeded

 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

 

  • Previous experience of managing multiple and complex WMS solutions
  • Experience in the design, configuration, testing, training and implementation of WMS solutions
  • A proven track record in using JDA Dispatcher (DLx)
  • The ability to effectively use report writing tools (SQL or PL/SQL is preferred)
