We are recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager at Bedford for our prestigious customer adidas working any 5 from 7 days on a Tuesday-Saturday 14:00-22:00 shift.

 

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,960 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Working in a complex fast-moving environment you will be responsible for the operations of the contract, satisfying the needs of the network and customer, efficiently and cost effectively
  • With a passion for developing others, you will lead a team of team leaders, planning staffing levels to meet operational requirements whilst providing support and guidance
  • You will exceed operational KPIs, lead continuous improvement initiatives at site whilst championing all things health and safety

 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • You will have previous management experience engaging and developing your team
  • You will be self-motivated, passionate and engaging with strong organisational skills and the confidence to own your decisions
  • An understanding of continuous improvement tools with a drive to implement new initiatives
