XPO are currently recruiting for an Inventory Team Leader for our M&S site in Bradford. This is a full-time role, working either 06:00- 14:00 or 14:00- 22:00 on a any 5 from 7 shift pattern basis.

 

Pay, benefits and more:

 

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000 per annum. Also, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and the option to buy more days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • As an Inventory Team Leader, you will be responsible for the department's runnings, coordinate the daily activities and set objectives for the Inventory Coordinators and PI Counters
  • You will focus on Continuous Improvement and embedding a “one team” culture, and you will work to achieve the business goals by completing all Inventory-related tasks
  • Be involved in any performance-related issues and training needs within the department and maintain stock accuracy to minimise stock loss by investigating errors
  • Be involved in all activities to ensure department KPI’s and goals are hit and cover the Inventory Manager when required

 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

 

  • We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who has a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and proficiency when using Microsoft Packages
  • You will be a self-starter who can build and maintain relationships across departments
  • Be able to take ownership of processes and responsibility for your own team and workloads
  • Ideally, you will have experience working within an Inventory Team in a warehouse environment
