Are you a fully/ part qualified CIMA or ACCA finance manager? Do you have experience working for a 3PL or within a logistics/ operational background? Are you all about accuracy in a fast-paced environment? 
Here at XPO, we`re recruiting for a finance manager to partner with some of our key contracts based out of Bromford Gate. You’ll lead the finance function for your sites with both open and closed book budgets, working closely with the customer and operational teams.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Challenging our sites, delving into the detail of the operation and pushing back to management
  • Looking at the performance of the site, including customer meetings and reviews.
  • Providing variance analysis with adequate commentary to support operational management in the interpretation of results
  • Balance sheet reconciliations along with weekly and monthly customer reporting requirements
  • Monthly and weekly KPI reporting on cost vs budget, again, working very closely with the operational teams.

  • Proven experience in a finance management role, within logistics, ideally, open and closed book contracts
  • Exposure to building strong business relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Qualified accountant CIMA/ ACCA
