Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum, working for our customer Ikea. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Responsibility for the management of customer stock from receipt to final last mile delivery
  • Motivate, coach and develop a high performing Hub team
  • Manage resources to maximise service and efficiencies
  • Provide leadership and direction to the site employees to help achieve and exceed site KPI’s in line with the customers requirements

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • We need someone that’s familiar with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working to a continuous improvement model would be an advantage
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and be happy to promote engagement at various levels
  • Have the ability to challenge the norm and  be open to offering better alternatives to ways of working
