We’re currently looking for an Operations Administrator to join our site in Ivybridge. You’ll be working a minimum of 4 hours per day, covering 14:00 – 18:00 (with flex required during peak).


Pay, benefits and more:

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Check all POD’s against delivery notes and ensure all Drivers have completed documentation correctly
  • Collect and in-put data relating to Driver runs onto management system
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance files
  • Monitor fuelling system including off-site fuelling and reconciliations


What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to use own initiative and problem solve where appropriate
  • Ideally you will have some knowledge relating to transport legislation
  • You will be highly organised and be able to prioritise workload
