We’re looking for a Business Unit Compliance Manager to lead all transport compliance activity across the southern region of our Ambient Food & Drink business unit. Through data analysis, site audits, training and engagement, you’ll ensure that our operations are operating in a compliant, safe and efficient manner


Pay, benefits and more:


We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, plus company car or car allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Assist, advise and support our contract locations on operator licence-related issues and management
  • Produce a weekly and monthly compliance dashboard for the business unit and use this data to identify successes and areas for improvement
  • Lead and support the roll-out of new policies and work with the central compliance team to ensure that these policies and expectations are met and exceeded
  • Conduct regular compliance audits, producing recommendation reports and league tables


What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • Detailed knowledge of transport compliance and operator licence legislation
  • Previous experience of leading compliance activity on a multi-site basis, preferably within a 3PL environment
  • International CPC qualification
  • A flexible and self-motivated approach to work with the ability to travel across the south of England as and when required
