HR Systems Business Analyst

Our UK HRIS team are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual with excellent analytical skills who loves working with SAP SuccessFactors for a six month fixed-term contract. This position will be responsible for maintaining the local configuration of SuccessFactors, advising the UK Business of best practice and system potential as well as performing varied analysis and reports to assist in identifying overall trends, needs and issues.

 

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Dedicated to the HRIS team supporting Business As Usual whilst the Senior HRIS Business Analyst seconds in to a project implementation role
  • Identify and implement better work and business processes including best practices to increase functionality within SAP SuccessFactors whilst liaising with the Global team
  • Partner with internal resources (HR/IT) and/or external vendors to resolve issues and problems
  • Test and maintain SAP SuccessFactors module (Employee Central) designed to obtain, record, and process employee information
  • Assist with future SuccessFactors module roll outs and upgrades; Recruiting – upgrade, Onboarding – Implementation, Performance & Goals – implementation
  • Assist with supporting & developing the HRIS team to enable the management of complex issues

 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

 

  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities, using data analysis to interpret issues or trends and making recommendations to leaders/stakeholders
  • Must have a keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from operational and technical perspective
  • Experience with the design, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors
