Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, working from our head office in Northampton. In addition, you’ll receive a company car/allowance, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Take stock of our internal communications strategy and develop them where necessary
  • Work closely with various stakeholders on internal projects to help communicate progress
  • Assist teams with the communication of new system implementations and convey developments with the business
  • Take messages from senior stakeholders (including board level) and deliver these to the business
  • Turn technical messages into a readable format by non-technical audiences
  • Enhance employee engagement through a multitude of channels whilst developing new methods

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • The ability to deliver technical messages to non-technical audiences
  • An out-the-box thinker, we need you to challenge the norm at what we do and promote good practice
  • Someone that can work at pace and ask ‘how’ instead of ‘why’
