Do you have experience leading the administration of a learning management system? Are you looking to use your skills in a new role with a leading name in the logistics industry? Are you ready for a new challenge?


We’re looking for an LMS Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, based from our head office in Northampton with the opportunity for some flexible and home working. As a key part of our learning and development team, you’ll provide comprehensive LMS admin support to the team and wider XPO business.


Pay, benefits and more:


We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Manage the daily operations, use and configuration of our learning management system, Cornerstone
  • Act as a first point of contact for any queries relating to the LMS, either resolving these in a timely manner or escalating them accordingly
  • Use your expertise to identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements relating to the system and wider L&D function
  • Develop and update standardised tools and reporting relating to all learning data


What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • Previous experience of leading the administration of a learning management system (if you’ve got exposure to Cornerstone, this would ideal, but all systems will be considered)
  • Excellent organisation and general administrative skills, especially time and priority management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Generally strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
