We are currently recruiting for full-time Warehouse Operatives to join us at our brand new site opening in Rugby. You will be working 4 on 4 off, days shift pattern on 12-hour shifts, from 0700 to 1900. This position is initially a fixed-term contract until July 2021 but this will be reviewed.


Pay, benefits and more:


We’re looking to offer a rate of £9.41 per hour. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday including bank holidays, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.


What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles
  • Dealing with both goods in and goods out, being involved in all picking and packing
  • Any other warehouse duties that may arise during your shift
  • Adhering to all health and safety rules around the warehouse


What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • Previous warehouse experience would be desirable but not a necessity
  • Be flexible regarding shift patterns and overtime
  • Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with MHE would be an advantage
