We are looking for a talented Transport Planner to organise and manage sub-contracted hauliers to service our customer, Toyota. You will be working a 9-hour flexible day shift from Monday to Friday, working hours between 6 am and 7 pm – one late shift and one early shift.

 

Pay, benefits and more:

 

We’re looking to offer a salary between £24,000 and £26,000 per annum depending on experience. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

• Conducting planning and vehicle routing duties

• Ensuring that safety, service, and savings targets are adhered to

• Working with a team ethos to ensure an excellent and valued service is provided to our customer

• Communicating with stakeholders on all levels

 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

 

• Previous transport planning experience is essential

• Excellent communication, administration, and IT skills

• You will be an adaptable problem solver

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
