As the Senior Human Resources (HR) Reporting Analyst, you will have targeted ownership of reporting, metric insights and data integrity. In addition, you will be responsible for executing all regularly scheduled reports, modifying reports as required and constructing ad hoc reports and insights. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business issues and meet their reporting needs
  • Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports and ad hoc reports to help the business with data and insights
  • Build and analyze audit reports to ensure HR data is accurate and up to date
  • Provide basic insights to stakeholders from an HR data and reporting standpoint
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative, results-oriented working relationships with internal partners
  • Create and produce HR scorecards and dashboards across a variety of fields (e.g., terminations, turnover, headcount, overtime, etc.)
  • Design and format dashboards and/or presentations for maximum impact by incorporating graphic elements of data
  • Assist with building test scripts and requirements to conduct acceptance tests for HR systems implementation and upgrades related to reporting functionality

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, HR or a related field
  • 3 years of applicable analysis and/or reporting experience for HR or a related field

It’d be great if you also have:

  • HR experience, particularly in workforce planning and analytics, or in an HR area where the analysis and interpretation of large volumes of data are combined to build compelling storylines to support key business decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
