What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, key users and business process leads to analyze business problems and capture detailed requirements that are based upon business needs rather than user preferences; reconcile conflicts
  • Facilitate process meetings/workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and system changes
  • Develop detailed user stories, work plans, deliverables, definitions of overall approaches and mobilization efforts for CRM initiatives
  • Work closely with IT teams to validate and ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements; participate in initial validation and testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing
  • Partner with program and training/communication teams to ensure business readiness for organizational change and timing for impacted processes/systems changes; assist in creating training documentation and delivering train-the-trainer sessions
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching and guidance to key users

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience in an analyst role deploying and supporting Salesforce.com implementation

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Certificate in any of the following: Salesforce.com, business analysis, systems analysis or business requirements gathering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate technical concepts and plans at all levels
  • Ability to quickly understand the system, process and culture during periods of ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability to utilize a variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to new work structures, processes or cultures
