As the General Office Coordinator, you will support the office and operations in a clerical and administrative role, ensuring administrative duties are handled accurately and in a timely fashion. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Open vendor paperwork/index documents through Kofax System
  • Scan vendor information into Pegasus system
  • Maintain filing system and ensure filing is kept up to date
  • Run missing document report and scan any missing documents to ensure maximum settlement accuracy
  • Assist manager with driver paperwork and research issues
  • Print and distribute weekly vendor settlements
  • Order supplies

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

It’d be great if you also have:

  • 1 year of logistics or transportation experience
  • 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
