We’re looking for HR Systems Quality Assurance analyst to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our head office in Crick with the opportunity for some flexible working. As a key part of multiple ongoing projects within payroll, acquisitions and T&A, you’ll be responsile for identifiying any issues within our HR systems suite.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Collaborate with technical team members to define, develop and implement overall test strategies, methodologies, processes and metric collection
  • You will manage project workload by understanding requirements, estimating and communicating project schedules, forecasting resources for the projects and delegating quality assurance tasks
  • Partner with our internal teams and external vendors in order to effectively communicate the business need to our provider for configuration and migration
  • Designing test strategies, developing test schedules, writing test plans and using root cause analysis as an integral method of the Quality Assurance processes


What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • Proven experience in a similar role within HRIT / HRIS, handling big data and liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders – experience with an HR, T&A or payroll system would be a definite advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from both an operational and technical perspective
  • The ability to review and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • An understanding of SAP based programmes is a must and success factors experience would be highly advantageous.
