Production Line Leader

We currently recruiting for a Production Line Leader to support our distribution contract at our site in Kettering. This role will support the operation covering the Day shift.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays),. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• • Motivating a team of people to meet production targets
  • Ensuring the final product meets client specifications
  • Assigning workers production line tasks
  • Optimising production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality
  • Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner
  • Training and supervising new production line workers
  • Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Carrying out daily tasks/assignments directed by a Co-pack Supervisor according to the procedures.

What you need to succeed at XPO

•  Previous Line Leader experience 
•  High level of communication 
•  PC literate 
•  Ability to work on own initiative
• Willing to be reach truck lift trained
