What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage multiple time reporting platforms within XPO
  • Develop strategy for a global time and attendance platform across all business units
  • Link time reporting to finance, HR, and operations systems
  • Engage teams of indirect reports, influence others to take action, and inspire a vision of where workforce analytics and planning should go
  • Understand the business partners’ changing needs and manage priorities in order to deliver on their requests and projects under tight deadlines

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics/Science, or an equivalent combination of formal training or work experience
  • 10 cumulative years of HR/Payroll/Time and Attendance experience
  • Knowledge of multiple time reporting platforms and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies including Kronos, Crown, ProTime, etc.
  • Experience in time reporting and time collection systems; experience with time reporting and payroll integration (SAP/SuccessFactors) with financial impact
  • Global project rollout experience with knowledge of localization rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of labor rate calculation and connection to finance allocations
  • Proven knowledge of HR systems and data, particularly time reporting; experience in time reporting workflows, pay rules, time off rules, etc., (preferably Kronos)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; 25% travel

It’d be great if you also have:

  • 10 or more years of experience with time reporting and attendance rules
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures
