Supervisor - Night Shift

Logistics done differently.

We’re looking for a hands-on and dependable Nights Shift Supervisor to lead overnight operations at our customer’s store in Liffey Valley. You’ll ensure stock is handled accurately, deliveries are prepared for dispatch, and the night shift runs smoothly and safely — all while supporting the Operations Manager and maintaining high service standards.

The successful candidate will be working a night shift (Monday – Friday 1am to 10am)

Pay, benefits and more:

 We’re looking to offer a salary of up to 42,809 EURO per annum. Over time rate time and a third. In addition, we offer 25 days plus bank holidays. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Supervise all night operations, including stock receipt, processing, and dispatch readiness
• Coordinate deliveries, vehicle loading/unloading, and site housekeeping
• Monitor performance against KPIs and escalate discrepancies or issues
• Ensure accurate documentation and system updates
• Lead and motivate the night shift team; manage staffing and shift planning
• Promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety checks
• Act as the main customer contact during night operations
• Ensure smooth handover between night and day teams
• Support process improvements and encourage team feedback

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Experience in a supervisory role within logistics, warehousing, or retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Flexibility to work night shifts and respond to operational needs
