Workshop Administrator Gloucester

Here at XPO, we’re looking for an Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis at our Gloucester site.  As a Workshop Administrator you’ll be supporting in delivering day to day fleet and vehicle maintenance administration tasks.

Pay, benefits and more: 

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,438 per annum. You will be working a Monday to Friday shift pattern. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:  

The Workshop is responsible for maintaining our XPO Transport fleet and you will be responsible for data input onto our SAP system, challenging cost with our third-party repairers and all other general workshop admin duties. You will be working with both our customers and suppliers supporting our busy MOT ATF 

 What you need to succeed at XPO:  

• Essential: Previous administration experience ideally within a logistics/automotive environment  

• Essential: A can-do and willingness to learn attitude 
• Essential: A strong user of Microsoft Office Suite  
• Essential: Good people and communication skills
