Manager, Accounts Receivable - Hybrid

What you’ll need to succeed as a Manager, Accounts Receivable at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of experience in AR
• 2 years of leadership experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, HRC)
• Exposure to AR process and global teams

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Oversee daily operations for assigned groups
• Provide operational support for Guatemala Vendor Collections team, with focus on training, quality assurance, and compliance with XPO standards.
• Assist with development and implementation of AR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor KPIs, aging reports, provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize order-to-cash processes.
• Support audits and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
