We’re looking to offer a salary up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience. In addition to a car allowance, we also offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage projects on behalf of GXO and the customer, Costa.
  • Work with the business and customer on potential ideas or problems and solutions and commercially assess viability and feasibility
  • Set defined expectations for performance and ensure project members achieve or exceed those expectations
  • Create a collaborative, enjoyable work environment that is conducive to effective creative thinking
  • Directly manage milestones, project workflows and resourcing for assigned projects/clients and define key skills, training and development paths for the team
  • Manage expectations of customers and deliver on commitments
  • Facilitate between the customer, the operation and project team to ensure solutions are implemented, embedded and sustainable after they go live


What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Experience working with customers as well as experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment
  • Good commercial understanding of the drivers of supply chain and added value solutions
  • Strong understanding of professional services economics, and experience with change management processes
  • Strong track record of hiring and mentoring project management talent
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
