We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join XPO Logistics in Lyon.

The Digital Project Manager will report to the Corporate Communications Director and will be responsible for digital project management, traffic acquisition, content management and performance analysis to support the company’s business and brand objectives in Europe. 

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • In this newly created role, you will be responsible for development and ongoing management of the corporate website(s) for Europe, revamping it by taking into consideration local market needs
  • You will be responsible for driving traffic to the website
  • You will partner with the Design manager Europe to create content to support the communication strategy on all digital channels, including social media
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units and countries to generate social medial content that garner brand exposure
  • You will work closely with the US social media and digital teams to ensure alignment globally
  • You will share trends and insights to ensure the digital strategy is best-in-class
  • You will take ownership of Analytics tools (e.g.Google Analytics)
  • You will measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and channels to be shared with the executive team, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs; Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Data Studio)

As part of the wider Marketing & Communication team you will also participate in other transversal projects

What you need to succeed at XPO:

Master’s degree in  Marketing & Communication, preferably Digital Communication

Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional experience, with 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role

Technical skills to drive traffic to the website

Strong skills in Google Analytics

Be passionate and driven individual, always keen to learn and broaden their skills

A creative mind who isn’t afraid to share ideas with other team members

A proactive and energetic mindset, always wanting to learn more and stay in the know of the latest trends

Strong Interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with local & global teams

Fluent in English and French
