As a Workforce Analyst, you will interact with business stakeholders to assess the requirements, provide reports and meaningful metrics. You’ll work independently and also in collaboration with a diverse group of talented professionals and team members around the world. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Support XPO and all HR functions by analyzing HR data, including headcount, turnover, talent acquisition, payroll, compensation, and talent management
  • Analyze large HR datasets and identify major trends, patterns and correlation
  • Create and then automate key reports to help the business with data and insights
  • Design and implement PowerBI interactive dashboards using data warehouse tables or cubes
  • Build and analyze Data quality audit reports to ensure HR data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Continuously research, analyze and improve the existing reports and tools to build process efficiency

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics
  • Min. 2 years of applicable Advanced analytics and Reporting experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SQL, VBA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex analysis, and insights in a clear, easy to digest, and actionable way
  • Strong consulting skills including proven ability to build strong working relationships across internal teams
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Fluent French and English

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Statistical analysis expertise
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, SuccessFactors
