Senior Executive Recruiting Specialist EMEA

Working at XPO means that you'll join an international, fast paced organization, contributing to an ongoing transformation in a rapidly changing industry.   As Executive Recruiting Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring active and passive executive talent is sourced through a variety of research-based and networking techniques (e.g., direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research, relationship building, etc.) across EMEA.

Create robust talent pipelines for immediate business openings and succession planning. He/She ensures executive candidates are led through all aspects of the networking, interviewing, and selection process to ensure an exceptional experience. In this role, the Executive Recruitment Director will fill leadership positions with goals to significantly impact cost, retention, performance, and hiring speed.


What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Reporting directly to Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA,  you will be taking full ownership of  Executive search projects,  working closely with internal clients at senior level in the organization, managing the  full cycle, direct hire recruiting for Director and above role
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the executive leadership team, external search partners when appropriate, candidates and external community organizations to create a partnership that yields success, trust, and credibility
  • Provide compelling value proposition to potential candidates and  opportunities in our organization.
  • We expect you ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience, throughout the recruitment process and contribute to a great onboarding of each new employee
  • You regularly communicate to senior stakeholders and pro-actively work with  our Corporte Executive Recruiting Team (US), head of TA EMEA and Snr HR ,  to provide relevant updates and propose changes, where necessar
  • Provide an executive search-grade experience and serve as a talent advisor to our business to manage our dependency on external partner
    Ensure recruitment strategies incorporate internal, external and diversity sourcing strategies


What you need to succeed at XPO:

We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual, with confirmed exec. search  experience. At ease working in English (and French) , we expect that you are passionate about offering the best possible recruitment services under any circumstances. 

  • Demonstrated consultative skills required to work with the  senior-level executives. Strong working knowledge of Europe C&B: executive compensation, including, but not limited to, short and long-term incentive plans, employee benefits programs, relocation programs (Required)
  • Experience working for external executive recruitment agencies with results in assessing the performance and effectiveness of their service
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills, with the proven ability to 'close' complex offers
