Team Lead Backoffice

Working as a Teamlead at GXO Logistics - Bracknell 

We are looking for a 80% Backoffice / 20% Customer Service Representative (CSR) Teamlead to support our team in Bracknell.

Administrative work is increasing due to the complexity of processes implemented across our sites in LHR. Also with SWI, QAB, Sites and headcount increase, we require someone to support the team training compliance.

 

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Identifies inefficiencies in workflow between replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Monitors order queue and ensures any delays are notified to the client promptly
  • Administration of all purchasing activity across both sites and invoice reconciliation
  • Processing payroll and agency costs on a weekly basis
  • Understanding of MC & WH processes (theory - practical)
  • QMS monitoring and ensuring all site training targets are adhered to
  • Presenting new SWI, QAB, Safety & security rollouts
  • Updating QMS
  • Support of customer service and understanding customer needs
  • Monitor dashboards and highlight gaps to operations
  • Support operations with IT ticket requests and resolution
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment

 

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Required Experience: 3+ years of Operations experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • LEAN Warehousing knowledge
  • Preference for experience in handling GUTS tickets
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
