What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Work globally to lead the standup and successful implementation of GXO’s new Assessment and Development Centre
  • Build and lead a team of junior and experienced professionals to build a talent production line for leadership
  • Partner with and gather requirements from global Human Resources and leaders across the organization
  • Partner with the GXO Leadership Institute to source program participants, track progress and measure success through readiness post position placement
  • Launch and support our organizational talent review processes; lead the implementation of success profiles, experience maps and competency frameworks
  • Implement a simple development plan tool for executives, managers and individuals
  • Provide reporting for goal completion to management to fulfill requirements
  • Conduct performance lifecycle activities and implement optimal ways to deliver them
  • Support international use of HRIS systems of record for goal tracking
  • Create succession maps as well as supporting success profiles and experience maps
  • Manage our leader assessment processes and vendor relationships
  • Manage our executive coaching and mentoring relationships

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 7 years of experience in a Talent Management role

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Advanced related degree
  • International experience (Europe, LATAM, APAC) implementing talent management solutions
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce, including one that is a largely non-wired, blue collar, hourly operational audience
  • Experience with a learning management system such as Cornerstone and an HRIS tool such as SuccessFactors
  • Project management experience
  • Strong MS Excel Skills
  • Adeptness in working with various technology to drive talent operational efficiency
