Junior Facility Specialist

To expand our Facility team we are looking for a Junior Facility Specialist (FMIS).


As Junior Facility Specialist you will focus on improving and optimizing the FMIS. In addition, you will focus on the following activities:


Setting up data-driven Facility Management
Implementing and deploying the FMIS
Providing insight, running and analyzing reports from the FMIS, among others
Supporting BENEGE, BU & local facility management teams regarding FMIS
Operational contact for FMIS supplier
Training of facility colleagues regarding the FMIS
Being involved in the implementation of FMIS in new builds and projects
As a Junior Facilities Specialist you will be working at various sites in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. You will report directly to the Facility Manager BeNeGe.


Job requirements of a Junior Facilities Specialist:


A completed HBO education in Facility Management or similar;
You have good communication skills in Dutch and English and are analytically strong;
You are strongly motivated to develop yourself to an independent Facility professional;
You are flexible and willing to travel within our BeNeGe region.
