HRIS Specialist

Logistics at full potential


As a HRIS Specialist you will be responsible for the functional management of various HR platforms such as Protime (time registration) as well as ADP Application supporting in the Netherlands for around 3000 employees but also the payroll application for our Belgium region too. You will also be responsible for further developing of new functionalities and processes in various applications.


This HRIS Specialist role will be based in our Eindhoven head office and will report directly to the HR Operations Manager.


Working as a HRIS Specialist at GXO Logistics - Eindhoven

  • Identifying the needs of management and HR colleagues
  • Supporting payroll
  • Picking up HR projects along with your HR colleagues in the field of recruitment & selection, time registration, talent development and working conditions
  • Taking the lead role in (automation) projects and coordinating contacts with users, stakeholders, our external partner, ICT and suppliers about wishes, functional changes, priorities and implementation
  • The functional management of the various HR applications
  • Integrating improvements into the HR work descriptions and work processes within the department
  • Supporting key users of the applications and answering support questions from employees everywhere in the organisation


Experience required as a HRIS Specialist:

  • HBO working and thinking level and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position or have strong knowledge within HR systems, analytics
  • You are strong in Excel and preferably have some experience with ADP, Protime and/or SAP
  • The ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
  • You have perfect command of the Dutch and English language in words and writings
