What do you do as Teamleader Customer Service?

  • You direct and coach a great team of Customer Service Officers
  • You manage logistical, administrative and commercial processes and supervise customer projects
  • You prepare various reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
  • You are a point of contact for our customers, in collaboration with them you come to the best possible solutions to continuously improve processes


What makes you successful in a position of Teamlead Customer Service:

  • Demonstrated related work experience in a similar position;
  • Command of the Dutch and English language;
  • Experience working with MS Office.
