Pay, benefits and more.

We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and the opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Create campaigns across multimedia channels to establish and elevate the brand via paid social media ads, direct mail and email to video and landing pages, and other creative ways to test and understand what resonates with our customers
  • Brand building/maintenance - Whether it’s designing case studies, training videos, branded apparel, headshots for our executives, or new templates, present our brand professionally and consistently
  • Internal communications - Design guidelines, handbooks, exterior and interior signage, educational manuals, and newsletters as well as create engagement campaigns, safety programs, annual events as well as conceptualize and design other internal marketing materials and reports
  • Public relations, sales collateral - Support our public relations and sales teams to help them tell our story and explain our services clearly

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 7 years of creative experience, preferably at a creative agency, publishing, or in-house team

  • Sophisticated sense of design and understanding of it through a branding lens and can quickly respond and adapt to creative feedback and requests
  • Organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail

It’d be great if you also have:
