Are you excited by the challenge of connecting with clients, building relationships and seizing opportunities? As the Senior Key Account Manager at GXO Logistics, you will be an integral part of our client onboarding and account management team, working closely with the Director of Customer Success to help to launch our GXO Direct eFulfillment product. You will become an expert on our product and work with prospective and new clients to ensure they fully understand our offering and have a positive onboarding experience. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Directly responsible for onboarding new clients
  • Educate clients about GXO Direct eFulfillment’s processes and tools so that they are prepared for go-live
  • Lead advanced planning of renewals while identifying additional business to bring into scope; identify upselling opportunities to drive incremental revenue growth in the account
  • Perform customer onboarding, which includes reviewing GXO’s standard operating procedures, education, web setup, self-service and contact lists
  • As the product SME, partner with Account Executives to educate potential clients on our product, services and applications
  • Work cross-functionality with stakeholders across the organization to improve the product offering and customer experience
  • Develop training materials to ensure client adoption of GXO Direct eFulfillment’s tools and processes


What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of combined experience in sales, 3PL, LTL, project management and/or logistics
  • Experience in account management activities and customer issue resolution

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Availability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • B2B sales or implementation experience, or experience working in or selling into online retail
  • Software sales or implementations experience a plus
  • Proven success meeting sales goals in previous roles
  • Self-motivated work style with effective time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
  • Ability to understand competitor strategies, products and pricing patterns
