Manager, Order to Cash

As the Manager, Order to Cash, you’ll serve as the team leader over GXO Direct—one of our most dynamic and fastest growing portfolios! You’ll facilitate communication and action through the Direct team and work across functions to promote accuracy of financial data while building strong partnerships. Evolving processes, leveraging new technologies and driving profitability are the name of the game, and you’ll be at the wheel!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage the billing, reporting and financial analysis for the client’s operations
  • Serve as a liaison between operations and finance
  • Coordinate the setup of new accounting units, project codes and work centers for billing and proper cost accounting
  • Establish invoice templates, queries and/or manual processes for invoice data collection
  • Maintain and ensure the satisfactory preparation and distribution of internal and customer-facing reports
  • Design report content and format based on contractual reporting requirements and other internal and external requests
  • Perform financial planning and analysis activities in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, what-if analyses, variances, monthly financial reporting and pricing

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 5 years of applicable experience
  • Experience in Excel and SQL

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field
  • Effective organizational. Leadership and presentation skills
  • Strong business focus with demonstrated ability to act in partnership with management teams
