Process Controller

Logistics at full potential


For our site in Hilversum we are looking for an enthusiastic Process Controller to support our fantastic team. As a Process Controller you have a crucial role in the logistics process and you are the connecting link between customer, carriers and employees. You get energy from solving problems for our customer and you like to optimally organize the flow of goods in the warehouse.


What does our Process Controller do on a daily basis?

  • Is responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and supervising the internal flow of goods
  • Anticipates changes in the flow of goods and prevents disruption of operational processes
  • Aligns the planning with the internal departments
  • Guides the drivers
  • Is responsible for correcting and completing of administrative processing of the goods flow
  • Prepars various reports

What do you need to be successful in a role of our Process Controller?

  • MBO+ education or comparable work and thinking level
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar administrative processes
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
  • Logistical knowledge

  • Knowledge of WMS
  • Stress resistance, flexibility and proactive attitude
