HR Administrative

Working as an HR administrative at GXO – Lelystad

For our new and growing site in Lelystad, we are looking for a colleague to support our HR team, as HR administrator  


What do you do as an HR Administrator?

As an HR administrator your mission is to support the HR team with the control, update, and registration of the clock in/out hours of operators and temps in the hours registration system (Protime).

Processing and solving all kind of incidences regarding the time and attendance registration. Confirming hours and investigating unclear issues to give them a prompt and practical solution.

Ensuring all new starters are leavers are correctly registered in/out the system.


Other responsibilities:

  • Updating and managing all the hour registration process of the employees
  • Adjusting in the system any change or incident that may arise on a daily basis.
  • Keeping an accurate record in the system of all mutations concerning absenteeism and leave requests
  • Maintaining daily communication with the employment agencies regarding all kind of incidents of temps reported by operations
  • Ensuring all new starting temps are administered and uploaded to HR System and provide all agencies their new ID registration
  • Communication with internal departments regarding Time and attendance reports from the temps and own employees
  • Confirming hours of all employees to payroll to process the payment
  • Process and data analysis

 Job requirements:

  • Experience working in an HR environment, in a people-focused role
  • Excellent communicator, as you will be working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, excel and experience working with HR databases
  • You have excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability prioritize workload effective
  • Proactiveness and initiative solving problems
  • Good teamworking skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Flexibility
  • Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding the HR role, and business   
  • Comfortable performing analytics with large data sets
