Manager, Technology Client Support

As the Manager, Technology Client Support, you will be responsible for the configuration and settings of operational systems including rating, capacity, facility management and contract management for all our customers. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • System configuration to support business requests for configuration changes within our technology platform
  • Onboarding new clients into our technology platform in preparation for operational go-live
  • Support migration of existing business to a new technology platform
  • Support Capacity Management changes in coordination with Capacity Managers
  • Enforce data standards in our technology platform and maintain system cleanliness
  • Acts as subject matter expert and provides training, troubleshooting and other support for software applications managed by business unit (i.e. COGNOS, FIS, Incentive Scorecards)

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 5 years related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and advanced Excel skills

It’d be great if you also have:

  • 10 years Lectical Analysis Experience
  • Basic to medium SQL skill level.
  • Software subject matter expert in software applications (i.e. COGNOS, FIS, Incentive Scorecards)
